Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Global Compliance Specialist to join our remote compliance and risk management this role you will be responsible for ensuring that organizational operations adhere to applicable laws regulations and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks risk assessment and corporate governance practices. This position requires excellent analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and ensure compliance with international federal and state regulations
* Develop implement and maintain compliance policies procedures and controls
* Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits across business functions
* Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
* Collaborate with legal finance and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory changes and industry standards
* Prepare compliance reports documentation and regulatory filings
* Support internal and external audits and investigations
* Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees
* Ensure adherence to data privacy anti-corruption and corporate governance standards
Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Finance Risk Management or related field
* 4 years of experience in compliance risk management or regulatory affairs
* Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR SOX AML FCPA)
* Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* High level of integrity and attention to detail
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certifications (e.g. CCEP CAMS CRCM or similar)
* Experience working in multinational or highly regulated industries
* Familiarity with compliance management systems and audit tools
* Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations across regions
* Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment
