Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated position based in Lebanon IN. This role offers steady Midwest freight consistent weekly miles and reliable home time making it a strong option for drivers looking for stability and predictable income.
Drivers will deliver trailer parts and supplies across regional lanes with a mix of dedicated and support freight.
Route & Freight Details
- Regional runs across:
- IN IL IA WI MN ND MI OH PA
- Average:
- 2260 miles per week
- Freight includes:
- Trailer parts and supplies
- Delivery type:
- Palletized freight
- Driver assist using pallet jack (tailgating required)
- Additional work:
- May run intermodal DCS or brokered freight when needed
- Flexible workload depending on freight demand
Schedule
- Sunday Thursday
- Start time:
- 6:00 AM 10:00 AM
- Home weekly
- Must be available for:
- Night driving (as needed)
- Flexible shifts and assignments
- Optional:
- 6th day available for additional pay
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1500$1650
- Avg Annual Pay: $81000
Mileage Pay:
- $0.47 CPM
Additional Pay:
- $325$365/day for outsourced work
- $50 extra for 6th day work
Equipment & Work Setup
- Sleeper tractors (Freightliner & International)
- 53 dry van trailers
- Trucks parked at Lebanon IN terminal location
Work Environment
- Light physical activity:
- Pallet jack usage
- Securing freight (straps/chains)
- Mix of:
- Day and occasional night driving
- Must be flexible with route assignments
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must be able to:
- Perform driver assist deliveries
- Work flexible schedules and routes
- Handle regional multi-state driving
