Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of the Lusail Plaza Towers Project. The role involves cost management contract administration and financial reporting to ensure the project remains within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all quantity surveying duties including preparation of tender documents bills of quantities and variation orders.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments process invoices and manage final accounts.
- Conduct cost analysis and monthly financial forecasting (cost-to-complete reports).
- Manage contractual claims disputes and risk management.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field; MRICS or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior role on high-rise or complex building projects.
- Extensive knowledge of contract formats (FIDIC) and local laws.
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
