Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven Supply Chain Manager to ensure the safe efficient and high-performing operation of our on-site scheduling and logistics teams in Pazardzhik this key leadership role you will uphold DS Smith standards deliver excellent customer service levels and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to support exceptional site performance.
Act as the key point of contact between the site Cluster Supply Chain and Sales for priority setting.
Ensure efficient scheduling of machine capacity and distribution networks to meet required delivery times and support reliable customer service.
Set targets and drive ongoing improvement in scheduling and logistics operations.
Improve conversion and logistics costs through effective machine routing and scheduling.
Leading on-site scheduling processes for production and transport.
Drive cost optimisation across on-site and internal warehouse operations.
Champion a culture of safe working practices across all logistics operations.
What we expect:
3-5 years experience in logistics scheduling or supply chain management.
Proven experience leading operational teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
A continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Commitment to safety people development and operational excellence.
Flexibility and good problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
Experienced Microsoft Office user (advanced in Excel)
