About the Role

Carrying out general site maintenance and minor repairs
Maintaining school grounds including litter picking and upkeep
Supporting site security including opening and closing of the school
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of school events and activities
Reporting maintenance issues to the Site Manager and liaising with contractors
Keeping school facilities clean organised and safe for pupils and staff
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in caretaking facilities or maintenance roles
Demonstrate practical skills and organisational ability
Be proactive reliable and able to work independently
Have a good understanding of health and safety procedures
Be a team player with strong communication skills
Be flexible and willing to support a variety of tasks as required
