You will monitor attendance data identify patterns of absence and work closely with students families and staff to support improved engagement. This role is vital in ensuring students can fully access their education and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track daily student attendance and punctuality
Analyse attendance data and identify trends or concerns
Work with pastoral teams to support students with attendance issues
Liaise with parents/carers to address absence and provide guidance
Conduct attendance meetings and support interventions
Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with statutory requirements
Collaborate with external agencies where necessary

Strong data analysis and organisational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
