Responsibilities of the Head of Music include:
Leading and developing the Music department across KS3KS5
Delivering high-quality lessons across performance composition and music theory
Driving curriculum innovation and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Overseeing assessment progress tracking and raising attainment
Leading ensembles concerts and whole-school performances
Managing departmental resources and supporting colleagues

Have excellent organisational and communication skills
