The Role
The school is seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager (SBM) to lead on the operational and financial management of the school. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the Headteacher and governing body to ensure the effective use of resources and the smooth running of all non-teaching functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on financial planning budgeting and resource allocation
Oversee HR premises health and safety and administrative functions
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Manage contracts procurement and service-level agreements
Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and governors
Monitor and report on financial performance and efficiency
Line manage support staff teams
