Science Department

The Role

The school is seeking a skilled and organised Science Technician to support the delivery of practical science lessons. You will play a vital role in preparing equipment maintaining laboratories and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up equipment for practical lessons

  • Maintain laboratory resources and stock levels

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Support teaching staff during practical sessions

  • Safely store and manage chemicals and equipment

  • Maintain clean and organised laboratory spaces

  • Assist with administrative tasks within the department

  • Experience in a science or laboratory setting (education desirable)
