About the Role
In this role you will work on high-impact detail-oriented projects such as the Hästens Catalog and Pricelist distributed worldwide in multiple languages and currencies. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining Hästens graphic profile while ensuring accuracy consistency and premium quality across all deliverables.
You will combine creativity with precisionbringing ideas to life through layouts storytelling and flawless production.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog & Pricelist Production
Design update and maintain large-scale documents such as catalogs and pricelists
Manage multiple language and currency versions
Ensure correct text placement flow and formatting across translations
Maintain accuracy of product pricing in all master files
Graphic Profile & Guidelines
Develop and refine Hästens graphic identity and brand guidelines
Ensure consistent visual communication across all platforms
Concept Development & Storyboarding
Translate ideas into visual concepts storyboards and layout sketches
Support planning by identifying missing elements improving structure and refining storytelling
Collaborate with creative teams to shorten feedback loops and improve outcomes
Layout & Storytelling
Create layouts that enhance both imagery and written content
Ensure a cohesive and engaging narrative throughout all materials
Final Art & Production
Prepare high-quality print-ready files
Ensure technical accuracy across all deliverables (links layers typography etc.)
Additional Responsibilities
Website layouts
Marketing guidelines
Brochures and advertisements
In-store communication
Care instructions and campaign materials
Video content for digital screens (Apple TV)
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant academic degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.)
Proven experience managing large-scale multi-language and multi-currency productions
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
