About the Company
Welcome to Luna Vineyard & Restaurant!
We are a Spanish tapas restaurant and vineyard that has been operating in Lysekil for over 20 years. During the summer you will work as part of a team of around 20 people at Luna Vineyard & Restaurant where we expect everyone to be 100% committed. This is especially important to ensure guest satisfactionone of the key reasons we have been ranked number one on TripAdvisor in the area for several years!
We are an authentic Spanish restaurant in Sweden with a wide selection of Spanish wines. Our variety and passion for wine are well known in the region. Our vineyard is also one of the northernmost in the world. At the vineyard we offer guided tours tasting menus with wine pairings and more.
Who We Are Looking For
Waiting staff from June to August
Possibility to start in May and/or finish in September if of interest
Extra staff (part-time/on-call)

Your Responsibilities
As part of our service team your main responsibility is to ensure an excellent guest experience through professional service and a personal approach. You will also actively contribute to a positive atmosphere in the restaurant by working closely with the kitchen and other staff.
Qualifications and Skills
Communication skills: Excellent ability to communicate in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Swedish and Spanish is a strong plus as we have recurring staff from Sweden and Spain in both the kitchen and front of house.
Customer service: At least 2 years of experience in service roles and a genuine interest in working with people
Teamwork & responsibility: You work well with others take responsibility for your tasks and are punctual and reliable
Stress tolerance: You remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment and can handle unexpected situations professionally
Knowledge: Experience with wine service and Spanish cuisine is considered a strong advantage
Personal Qualities
Social: You enjoy social settings and find it easy to connect with new people. You also enjoy teamwork and contribute to a positive atmosphere
Adaptable: You are flexible and can easily adjust to changing circumstances
Driven: You have an internal motivation to continuously improve yourself and the quality of your work. You value the guest experience and ensure they leave with a great memory and a desire to return
