Job context
Reporting to the Key Account Manager the main role of the Key Account Executive is to develop and execute business plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs in the assigned region. This role focuses on customer management business development and cross-functional collaboration.
What youll do (missions)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and sales growth
Provide after-sales support and proactively handle customer needs and issues
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote new products and expand the product portfolio within existing accounts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement business development activities and projects
Monitor and manage customer payments supporting debt collection when necessary
Prepare and deliver daily weekly and monthly reports to management
What you bring
Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine Animal Science or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in the poultry industry
Strong knowledge of industrial livestock production and market dynamics
Excellent communication listening and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and customer-oriented mindset
Proactive responsible and results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Job location & mobility
Location: Central Region (Vietnam)
Frequent travel required within assigned territory
Field-based role with flexible working conditions
