Job Description
As a Security Guard - Flex Foot Patrol in Stamford CT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. You will support visitors and staff with strong customer service clear communication and timely reporting. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including lobbies offices ATM areas and perimeter areas as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations; document observations per site requirements.
- Complete routine reports and incident documentation and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or responding public services as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
