c. Requirements experience creating requirement documents including functional and nonfunctional requirements.
d. Quality assurance end to end Quality Assurance from QA Planning to execution and bug resolution for each development phase.

Remote or onsite Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation allowed. If the selected hire is local to Madison they will be expected onsite as needs require (up to a few days a week). If they are not local to Madison they can work 100% remote from within the state of WI.
Project details: This position will provide Business Analysis for the Bureau of Aeronautics Airport Financial Management and Airport Project Management. The Business Analyst will identify & document business and technical requirements wireframe/prototype and perform as a liaison between BOA and development teams. The Analyst will ensure solution deliverables align with requirements. The
analyst will perform quality assurance. Finally the analyst will provide solution documentation.
This position along with business leads and SMES will analyze current business processes and identify changes in business processes and/or IT systems that will improve the bureau partners ability to meet customer needs and/or improve operating efficiency. This may include developing use cases and/or test plans to illustrate current state to future state definition and developing and validating detailed system requirements and design specifications. This position interacts with business users to assure a mutual understanding and agreement on requirements and specifications and at an expert level provides consultation direction and guidance to business managers.
This is a senior-level position performing difficult and complex work reviewing policies priorities recommendations and/or solutions to IT and business-related issues. This person will serve as the principal authority in the analysis of business process definition/redefinition with little supervision and providing expertise in multiple projects of moderate to difficult scope and complexity. This position requires knowledge of project management principles methods and practices along with technical skills to work with complex data and find meaningful insights from it.
Ensuring effective and efficient interactions with staff and management at all organizational levels is an essential part of this position.
