About the Role
This is a high-production results-oriented position for a seasoned writer who excels in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for tansforming complex ideas into compelling narratives while maintaining a rigorous output schedule. This role requires a blend of creative persuasion and analytical precision to ensure every submission is both high-quality and technically compliant.
Weekly Deliverables
- Drafting: Produce 15 high-quality grant applications per week (minimum 3 per day).
- Templating: Create 5 strategic application templates per week.
- Execution: Manage the full submission cycle including research eligibility analysis and budget preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Narrative Development: Transform program ideas into persuasive high-quality funding proposals and reports.
- Feasibility Analysis: Proactively research grant opportunities and provide recommendations based on real-time funder priorities.
- Compliance: Ensure all applications meet strict guidelines and manage confidential financial records with total discretion.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain intimate knowledge of partner programs to ensure every application is tailored and submitted accurately.
Qualifications
- 3 Years of Experience: Proven background in grant writing or high-stakes technical/persuasive writing.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to evaluate complex information from diverse sources and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
- Systems Focused: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a 100% remote environment.
- Technical Setup: Reliable remote workspace and the ability to overlap at least 6 hours with the 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST window.
