Job Summary
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Roads Engineer to lead the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise leadership capability and proven success in managing complex road projects.
Job Description:
- Lead the design and delivery of major road infrastructure projects
- Oversee project lifecycle from concept to construction
- Manage contracts and ensure commercial and technical compliance
- Provide strategic input technical leadership and mentorship
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience in roads and transport infrastructure
- Proven leadership in project delivery and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D or similar design software
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry standards
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
- BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Professionally Registered (PR Eng / PR Tech Eng preferred)
