1. 带领业务发展BD团队拓展在成长型企业市场中的跨境支付业务目标行业涵盖跨境电商独立站线上娱乐/游戏/营销SaaS物流OTAAI云教育等

2. 参与销售战略的制定包括行业需求挖掘产品和解决方案标准化定价和促销包装市场策略等成为行业动态和客户需求的代言人

3.制定销售目标并拆解销售计划优化所辖业务的销售流程和销售管理工具确保公司的战略能够贯彻落地执行并对激活营收及流水目标的达成负责

4. 有效管理个人和整个业务发展团队业绩管理销售工作的数量和质量包括销售业绩达成和销售行为过程能够根据销售数据外部市场变化等及时调整推广销售策略对不达标的团队成员能及时有效识别并通过协访培训等手段提升销售业绩

5. 高效协同包括产品市场战略客户经理和服务等在内的其他部门主动推动利于业务发展的跨部门协作变革和举措

6.拥有较深的行业资源和销售能力能够通过个人网络外部资源行业活动等建联潜在客户开展商业合作

7. 保持对行业相关领域各类信息的敏感和追踪探索并推广新的商业合作模式为公司业务带来可持续发展

任职要求

1. 大学本科及以上学历熟练掌握中英文听说读写

2. 必须具备团队管理经验Team Leader经历为必备条件并有3年以上带团队的成功战绩同时有跨境支付跨境电商跨境ERP建站或其他跨境行业经验者

3. 有极强的自我驱动力和严格的执行力以终为始对过程和结果都有强大的负责心

4. 除了较强的分析能力和方法论基础之外需具备出色的沟通能力简洁且直接以及识别和影响关键决策者和利益相关者的能力

5. 思维敏捷有良好的应变能力和承压能力有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的判断力既能随机应变又能高瞻远瞩目光长远
