This gives us the ability to set up one of the strongest Management Training programs in the industryas you grow within our company. Our goal by 2025 is to have a total of 20 dealerships throughout the DFW market making possibilities endless for promotion within our company. All you have to do is get yourself in the door work hard and be successful to have an opportunity to be a part of something great.
We offer apaid trainingprogram. No automotive experience is required. Candidates that have worked in retail hospitality or the service industry are encouraged to apply. Our training program includes full Ford OEM training and guarantee pay for the first 60 days.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of used vehicles
- Bring your A game & positive attitude with you every day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning product ins & outs
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Fantastic communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
