Job Summary
岗位职责
- 与制造工程IT 团队紧密合作挖掘智能制造场景中的 AI/ML 机会点形成可落地的技术方案
- 负责制造与自动化应用的设计开发测试与部署覆盖数据接入特征工程模型训练推理优化及可视化等完整链路
- 利用机器学习深度学习计算机视觉时序分析等技术提升设备预测性维护质量检测生产排程能耗优化等关键 KPI
- 建立数据管道与 MLOps 流程保证模型持续迭代与工业化稳定运行
- 跟踪前沿 AI 技术输出创新原型并推动其在生产环境的规模化落地
- 撰写技术文档专利及最佳实践赋能组织技术成长
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing engineering and IT teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design develop test and deploy automation & manufacturing applications covering data ingestion feature engineering model training inference optimization and visualization.
- Apply machine-/deep-learning computer vision and time-series analytics to improve predictive maintenance quality inspection production scheduling energy efficiency and other key KPIs.
- Build data pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure continuous model iteration and industrial-grade reliability.
- Track cutting-edge AI research deliver innovative prototypes and drive large-scale deployment on the shop floor.
- Create technical documentation patents and best-practice playbooks to foster organizational learning.
Qualifications :

- 2025/2026本科应届生计算机软件自动化电子工业工程人工智能等相关专业
- 扎实的编程能力Python/C#/C/Java 至少一种熟悉常用 AI 框架TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn 等
- 理解主流机器学习算法具备实际项目/竞赛/科研经验者优先
- 熟悉 SQL时序数据库及大数据平台Hadoop/Spark/Flink者优先
- 对工业自动化MESSCADAPLCIoT 协议OPC UAMQTT有基础了解者优先
- 具备优秀的跨文化沟通与团队协作能力自我驱动乐于持续学习
- 英语读写流利可作为工作语言进行技术交流
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree to be awarded in 2025/2026 in Computer Science Software Automation Electronics Industrial Engineering AI or related fields.
- Solid programming skills (Python/C#/C/Java); familiar with mainstream AI frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn etc.).
- Good grasp of classical ML algorithms; hands-on project competition or research experience preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL time-series databases and big-data platforms (Hadoop/Spark/Flink) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation MES SCADA PLCs and IoT protocols (OPC UA MQTT) is preferred.
- Strong cross-cultural communication & teamwork; self-driven and eager to learn continuously.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) for daily technical discussions.
