Handle reservations for three properties: Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport Novotel Auckland Airport and Ibis Budget Auckland Airport.
Record and process all reservation enquiries accurately and efficiently ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the reservations system. Prioritise tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Manage bookings received via phone email OTAs travel agents airline crew and group organisers.
Maintain clear communication with internal departments to support smooth guest arrivals. Provide support to the wider reservations team as required.
Provide prompt friendly and professional service to all guests and partners.
Qualifications :
You will be
- Able to start within 4 weeks and ready to hit the ground running
- Experienced in managing reservations for multiple hotels at once
- Available to work a rotating 7day roster
- A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
- Confident reliable and energised by a fastpaced hotel environment
