Position: Dispatchers Except Police Fire and Ambulance
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $60$100/hour
Location: US UK or Canada
Duration: 34 weeks
Commitment: 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design questions related to your occupation as a Dispatcher to enhance AI model training.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Ensure the use of a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

4 years full-time work experience as a Dispatcher Except Police Fire and Ambulance.
Be based in the US UK or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

At-will contractor to Mercor.
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
