Position: Fashion and Beauty Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20$40/hour
Commitment: 1040 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Author realistic fashion and beauty prompts spanning styling advice trend analysis product comparisons skincare routines makeup techniques brand positioning and seasonal collections.
Review and revise AI-generated responses for accuracy cultural authenticity trend relevance and clarity.
Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for nuanced or context-sensitive fashion and beauty scenarios.
Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in body type skin type climate cultural norms occasion or budget constraints.
Evaluate outputs across different tones (editorial advisory conversational technical) and instruction constraints.
Identify model failure cases involving outdated trends culturally inappropriate recommendations unrealistic styling advice or inaccurate product knowledge.

Qualifications

Must-Have

2 years of sustained serious engagement with fashion and/or beauty as a hobby or practice.
Active participation in fashion and beauty discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese Chinese Korean Spanish Russian German Arabic Thai Tamil or Hindi.
Strong familiarity with regional brands cultural norms aesthetic standards and consumer behaviors within your language context.
Ability to articulate stylistic reasoning product comparisons and aesthetic critiques clearly in the target language.
Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
