Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any field; experience in customer service
Fluent in Mandarin Cantonese and English (spoken written)
Good communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone email and in person.
Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Manage appointments service documentation and follow-ups.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
