Position Overview
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated retail account based in Tipp City OH. This position offers daily home time consistent routes and steady pay with flexible scheduling options.
Drivers will deliver to retail store locations with reliable freight and strong weekly earning potential.
Route & Freight Details
- Local deliveries within a 250-mile radius of Tipp City OH
- Operating area includes:
- Ohio
- Kentucky
- Indiana
- Deliveries to retail store locations
- Freight includes:
- Dry freight
- Refrigerated freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Mix of:
- Live unload
- Drop & hook
- Consistent high-volume freight with dedicated routes
Schedule
- Home daily
- 2 days off per week
- 24/7 operation with flexible start times
- Average 12-hour shifts
- Must be available for:
- Day and night shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays (including week before holidays)
Full-time and part-time options available
Pay & Compensation
- Avg Weekly Pay: $1300$1400
- Avg Annual Pay: $70000
Mileage Pay (based on experience):
- $0.57 $0.65 CPM
Additional Pay:
- $51.50 backhaul pay
- $20 stop pay (after first stop)
- $45 minimum pay for short routes (<96 miles)
- $75 holiday pay
Equipment & Work Setup
- Newer model day cab trucks
- Slip seat operation
- Trucks assigned as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from terminal
Training & Orientation
- 1-day ride along: $100 pay
- Full orientation provided with lodging and meals
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of Tipp City OH (45371)
- Must be able to work flexible schedules nights weekends and holidays
