Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Booking Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role involves working directly with clients to organize travel arrangements while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking hotels flights cruises and vacation packages
- Provide recommendations based on client preferences and needs
- Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of travel details
- Communicate with travel partners and vendors
- Provide support before during and after travel
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with online systems and booking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
- Prior experience in customer service hospitality or related fields is helpful
