Role Summary:

The role is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing service delivery exceptions processing program monitoring and risks reporting.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
Monitoring the program process
Basic understanding to train programs stakeholders on GSCFs services and systems
Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
Ensure agreements (statement of works changes requests authorization matrix function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly
Timely reporting/escalating of risks exceptions incidents opportunities to the superior
User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
Develop and keep professional relationships with business partners
Adhere to company & Program Operations policies
Contribute to keeping a positive transparent open and creative thinking working environment
When required participate in tasks/projects which are not directly related to this function or enhancing Program Operations

What You Bring to the Team:

Fluent in English and intermediate or higher in French
Thrives in a multi-task environment where there are competing priorities and deadlines/deliverables.
Ability to remain poised and calm under pressure.
Structured fact-based way of work.
Prioritization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Team player energetic enthusiastic and personable.
Ability to perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
