• プローブバックエンドの問題に適切に対応する
• SWRサマリーによる最適条件の見極め
• 上流および下流工程に関するプロセスマージンの見極め
• Global Conversion Progress (GCP)ビジネスプロセスによる変更と新規プロセスの適性確認
• ツール/レチクル/ケミカルサプライヤのリリースを通じてプロセスの所有コストスループットパフォーマンスを改善
• スクラップの削減とエクスカージョンの防止軽減
• サンプリングや検査ステップを最適化することでRDA全体のサイクルタイム管理とキャパシティをアシストする
• 改善活動を文書化しネットワーク内の関連工場と共有する
• OCTと長期プロジェクトに取り組み工場内のBKMを改善調整する
• インライン検出を改善するためにサプライヤーと協力しプロセスの妥当性を判断する
• 必要に応じて他のプロセスループをカバーする
• 常に工場の規律を守る
• 必要に応じてリーダーを務める
• Mumetric/YMSまたは同様のメトリクスシステムを維持する
• SOPに従いラインの健全性を毎日更新すること
• 効率的な実行のため日々のタスクやミーティングに優先順位をつける
• 技術論文の執筆を奨励する
• 必要に応じて週報を提出

条件

• 学士号以上あるいは実務経験

Collaboration with Process Integration Yield Enhancement Production Process areas and Quality Engineering to determine areas of opportunities for baseline yield improvement and excursion control. Design setup and analyze SWRs to evaluate and implement process changes that could bring opportunities for yield improvements at the fastest possible time. Timely follow up on network lesson learnt thru Global Conversion Process (GCP) or Fast Follower (FF) or other means. Identify and push for key conversions that will improve yields thru data and make conclusions/recommendations for the next phase. Develop and send out periodic useful reports on metrics that tracks the performance of a specific defect(s). Review defect trends frequently and react accordingly. Partner with Production and Shift Engineering to implement corrective actions for excursions through reaction mechanisms and other line control methods. Other specific responsibilities could include but not limited to :

• Setting up containment defect and performance qualification procedures and frequency of sampling.
• Respond to Probe/Backend issues accordingly.
• Characterizing the process response to parameters thru SWR summaries.
• Defining the process margin with respect to upstream and downstream steps.
• Qualifying conversions and new processes via Global Conversion Progress (GCP) business process.
• Improving the process cost of ownership throughput and performance thru SOAK/TOAK tool /2nd reticle/chemical supplier releases.
• Reducing scrap and excursion prevention/mitigation.
• Assist in overall RDA cycle time management and capacity by optimizing sampling or inspection steps accordingly.
• Document and share improvement activities with sister fabs in the network.
• Work on long term projects with OCT to improve and align BKMs in the Fab.
• Work with Suppliers to improve inline detection and/or determine process relevancy.
• Cover other process loops when needed
• Adhere to Fab discipline at all time
• Leader responsibility when required
• Maintain Mumetric/YMS or similar metric system
• Update line health on daily basis according to SOP
• Prioritise daily task/meeting for efficient execution
• Encourage to write technical paper
• Update weekly when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above or relevant working experience
