Summary

Processing high volume of incoming payable invoices by completing 2-way or 3-way match as needed. Reconciles vendor statements with
recorded payable entries and may require contacting vendors directly to discuss any discrepancies. Using office-automated systems to
input data generate reports and complete specialized projects as needed. Communicate with internal departments to research outstanding
issues. Reconcile balancing accounts.

Monday Friday 8 4:30; 100% on-site

Job Description

Specific Functions or Duties
Review customer statements
Process returned payments
Review blocked payments
Process sales tax adjustments
Prepare quarterly accrual reports
Enter payment requests in various systems
Research GRIR discrepancies
Meets specific deadlines for month end and accounting close calendar.

Education and Experience
Experience with manufacturing
2 years of accounting experience
Associates degree (or related experience)

. SAP Experience Preferred
