Prepare and cook meals strictly according to halaal food standardsPlan prepare and execute daily and weekly menusEnsure full compliance with Tsebos food safety quality and hygiene proceduresMaintain correct food handling storage thawing and labelling proceduresConduct daily kitchen opening closing and cleanliness checksOversee portion control and prevent wastage through effective stock managementAssist with stock takes receiving deliveries and verifying quality and quantitiesMaintain kitchen equipment reporting faults and ensuring safe useSupport kitchen assistants through guidance task allocation and on-the-job trainingEnsure all halaal protocols are followed regarding ingredients equipment and separation of preparation areasWork with the Unit Manager to meet client expectations and service delivery standardsAssist with special functions catering events and customer requestsUphold Tsebo values through teamwork customer focus safety and operational excellence
