About the role
As Communications Specialist you will lead the communication strategy for integration and operations. You will drive communication as a key project track connecting integrations leads tribes Sales & Service and Marketing. Youll also enhance Sales & Services external visibility communicating value creation customer promises and commercial goals to support our brand and business objectives.

About the team
You will join Commercial Excellence & Customer Operations in Sales & Service Denmark where quality progress and collaboration are at the core. The role offers high visibility and close interaction with leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
Who are you
We are looking for an experienced and independent profile who can combine strategic communication project management and change leadership at a high level while also strengthening Sales & Services external positioning. This role requires strategic insight and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
We expect you to bring:
Min. 5 years experience with strategic and operational communication
Excellent written communication skills in both Danish and English
Experience with external profiling brand communication or thought leadership
Understanding of customer journeys and largescale migration/integration projects
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to create alignment across functions and organizational levels
University degree in Communication Marketing or related field
