Working Hours
35 hours per week 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the officeplease contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further.
Role Overview
The Coordinator will support the Senior Manager and the International Pro Bono Partner assisting with the day-to-day running of community investment and fundraising charity partnership initiatives in the UK including facilitating relevant internal and external communications. Recently this has included the management of our flagship Debate It! education programme and delivering fundraising and engagement activities with our dedicated UK charity partner The Rivers Trust.
Key Responsibilities
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
Preparing internal communications including posters presentations and newsletters.
Running UK fundraising events and helping to facilitate and support volunteering opportunities.
Collecting impact data and providing information for our reporting on UK community investment and fundraising activities.
Recruiting coordinating and liaising with volunteers.
Liaising with community partners and stakeholders.
Minute taking in meetings.
Skills & Experience
Experience
Essential
Managing volunteers and delivering volunteering initiatives.
Running fundraising events.
Comms experience.
Preferred
Experience working in corporate responsibility or mission led businesses.
Experience with databases use and management.
Microsoft Project skills: working efficiently in Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
