Job Summary

Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our site in Granollers to lead our Engineering and Maintenance team and ensure safe efficient and reliable plant this key role you will be responsible for safety leadership equipment availability team development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe working environment and full compliance with HSE standards and regulations
Lead coach and develop the Engineering & Maintenance team
Oversee maintenance schedules technical projects and capital investments
Analyze technical KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
Act as a cross-functional partner to Engineering Production Quality and Safety
Develop and implement standards procedures and best practices
Manage departmental budgets and monitor spending
Foster a culture of safety quality performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering Operations Management or related field
Several years of experience in maintenance engineering or technical operations
Knowledge of ATEX/DSEAR and SEVESO/COMAH is an advantage
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
Excellent leadership communication and coaching skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Project management experience and proficiency with IT tools
Hands-on mentality teamwork orientation and continuous improvement mindset
