As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Houston TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer helping to monitor assigned areas through routine patrols a visible presence and responsive customer this role you will support a welcoming environment communicate clearly with tenants and visitors and handle security-related concerns with integrity teamwork and care.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details through appropriate communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas parking areas entry points and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor the location for maintenance issues hazards and/or policy violations and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
