Job Summary
Sands Chevrolet Surprise is in need of a Heavy Line GM Service Technician where you will play a vital role in repairing General Motors vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. We are in the fastest growing part of town and have a tremendous amount of customer traffic. You will work in a fast-paced professional environment with a team dedicated to excellence in service and automotive repair. Our shop is air conditioned and we have an excellent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair GM vehicles using approved service procedures and tools to perform heavy line work
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues and provide accurate estimates for repair
- Document all work performed and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to company and industry standards
- Stay updated with the latest GM service bulletins and training requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a GM Certified Technician is required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools equipment and technology effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
