Location: Grafham Water Fishing Lodge

Seasonal 0 hour contract

12.60 per hour (Rising from 1st April)

Join the Grafham Water Team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant - Casual!

Based at our picturesque Grafham Water Fishing Lodge youll be the friendly face supporting our customers serving anglers and delighting park visitors. Either working in a team or working independently no two days are the same!

What Youll Do:

Operate the till and our web-based booking system
Handle telephone calls and cash transactions
Perform administrative tasks
Manage day-to-day stock
Issue season tickets and handle boat hires
Perform boat admin tasks
Deliver outstanding customer service

What You Need to Shine:

Excellent customer service skill
Great communication and social skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility and eagerness to learn
Availability to work weekends and shifts
Knowledge or experience in fly fishing is a big plus but not a deal-breaker! If you have excellent customer service skills we can teach you the fishing ropes.
