Job Summary
Job Responsibility
Lead and manage engineering activities for all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Develop and manage project plans timelines deliverables and resource requirements.
Coordinate with R&D to define product specifications and development strategies.
Provide engineering support throughout prototype build validation and product release phases.
Develop prototype and test plans based on manufacturing instructions and process requirements.
Facilitate crossfunctional communication to ensure alignment on goals risks and project status.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process to enhance efficiency and cycle time.
Support risk assessments root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions during development phases.
Job Qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development manufacturing or project management.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth product launches.
Strong understanding of engineering processes design principles product development cycles and manufacturing workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Experience working in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP) or education in Project Management are beneficial.
