Accessories Product Manager (Job Code:1012)
Duties:
Responsible for translating customer needs into useful products that foster deep brand connections through expression; drive the end-to-end product lifecycle development with extensive creative partnership with our Brand team; enable world-class personalization for our customers by bringing products to market; use strategic and quantitative analysis to support recommendations for new products assign features and specs facilitate trade-off decision making and lead business execution; responsible for assigned product items for performance customer satisfaction and company impact; conduct market studies and keep product offerings fresh with our customer base; utilize project management cost & price analysis revenue assessment risk management resource management process improvement Epicor ERP MS Project SAP Jira Smartsheet and 3DX to perform duties; execute and improve the product development process and then manage the end-to-end cycle of approved products on the line plan including product sunset management; collaborate and act as project manager across Design Engineering Supply Chain Finance Legal Brand and Commercial teams to ensure Slate accessories are inspiring on-time and on budget; partner with Brand and Legal teams to secure product licensing and reseller agreements; create presentations and documentation and present to cross-functional leadership including product updates and recommendations; support team and project work; perform quantitative analysis for product recommendations market studies and customer trend analysis strategic product positioning competitive benchmarking and trade-off decision making; create Product Development Process framework; and use Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and business case planning.
Location: Troy MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US;
Salary: $140000 per year;
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Information Technology Program & Project Management or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above as a Program Manager as a Project Coordinator as a Technical Program Manager as a Vendor Coordinator or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years use of all the following: project management cost & price analysis revenue assessment risk management resource management process improvement Epicor ERP MS Project SAP Jira Smartsheet and 3DX.
Will also accept any suitable combination of education training and/or experience.
