Responsibilities:
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane ensuring customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customers experience by completing additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether by phone or in person ensuring customers are not mishandled.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Efficiently distribute work among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties services and repairs.
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
- Oversee the administration of warranty claims and supervise the service department.
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
- Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a good working relationship with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not required
- 1 years working in the automotive industry preferably service - preferred but not required
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
