For this position it is required to be on site 3 days per week.

What you will do (responsibilities)

  • Analyze the performance of the postsales business (services parts warranties and maintenance contracts).
  • Develop update and manage management reports KPIs and dashboards (sales margins productivity backlog repair times among others).
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators service levels and claims proposing improvement initiatives.
  • Control budget execution commercial targets and operational goals for the postsales area.
  • Coordinate with commercial operations finance and dealer teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in postsales processes operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Prepare executive presentations for management committees and leadership meetings.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 1 years of experience in business analysis performance management or postsales rolesideally in the automotive trucking or heavy machinery industry.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (models pivot tables data analysis).
  • Strong analytical capability attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset continuous improvement orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities.

What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience using BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
  • Knowledge of postsales operations: workshop processes parts management and warranty procedures.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or others).
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.
