As our newStrategy Analyst you will join thePerformance Excellence teamwithin Real Estate & Facility Services (REFS). The team is responsible for developing strategic direction roadmaps and performance insights across VELUXs global real estate and facility portfoliocovering bothproduction sites and office locations.

We partner closely with regional and local Facility Management teams as well as Finance Procurement and other strategy teams across VELUX. Our role is to bring structure analysis and clarityensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable initiatives and well-founded decision material.

The team culture is collaborative informal and highly analytical. We value curiosity solid feedback and accountability and we work closely together across disciplines.

As our newStrategy Analyst you will play a central role in developing and operationalizing real estate and facility strategies. You will work with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to shaping strategies priorities and roadmaps.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Support the development and operationalization of real estate and facility strategies working closely with senior management and key stakeholders

• Translate technical and specialist input (e.g. footprint utilization maintenance construction and services) into clear business insights decision material and executive presentations

• Prepare high-quality management presentations analyses and business cases for leadership forums and steering committees

• Support planning prioritization and coordination of strategic initiatives across Real Estate & Facility Services

• Drive analytical work related to space utilization project pipelines performance and KPI reporting to inform decision-making

• Take on a variety of ad-hoc analyses and tasks in a fast-paced environment helping management structure problems and move initiatives forward.

You will report to the Head of REFS Performance Excellence. The role can be based in Poland. Hungary Germany or Denmark.

You are analytical curious and motivated by creating clarity in complex environments. You enjoy working with data structure and storytellingand you are comfortable supporting senior stakeholders with well-founded recommendations.

Moreover we expect that you have:

• A Masters degree in business economics engineering real estate or a related field

• Experience from management consulting analytics or transformation roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A pragmatic solution-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve tasks both big and small

• Experience developingbusiness cases and management decision material

• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Excel or similar analytical capabilities

• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

• Professional proficiency in English written and spoken
