Are you passionate about employer branding and strategic communication As a Regional Employer Reputation Specialist at Mars you will play a pivotal role in positioning Mars as an employer of choice in Poland. You will drive innovative branding initiatives manage digital presence and foster engagement across multiple channels ensuring Mars attracts and retains top talent.
This role blends strategic thinking creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making to enhance Mars reputation and visibility and or this specific role. Although the position is responsible for activities in Poland it is an integral part of the regional team. Specifically the Employer Reputation Specialist will implement regional strategies (Europe India MEA) within the Polish market ensuring alignment with broader regional objectives.
What will be your key responsibilities
Lead cross-segment/OneMars employer reputation campaigns and processes to strengthen and increase awareness of Mars as an employer of choice.
Manage and maintain Mars careers site for Poland aligning with global standards to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Manage and optimize social digital and next-generation employer reputation strategies to boost awareness and foster a robust talent pipeline e.g. (TikTok LinkedIn META etc.).
Create and facilitate communications to educate and cascade Employer Reputation information to stakeholders.
Manage Talent Recruitment campaigns for Poland in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
Manage relationships with employer reputation vendors developing processes and monitoring efficiencies.
Work closely with different types of stakeholders including HR (P&O) Corporate Affairs and business teams to align messaging and initiatives across employer branding activities.
Monitor and analyze branding performance using KPIs feedback and external rankings to drive continuous improvement.
Run reports against key metrics (e.g. quarterly dashboard Employer Brand Index) and recommend improvements to enhance employer reputation.
What are we looking for
Bachelors degree preferred.
23 years of experience in a similar position is required (project planning & process experience nice to have).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluent in written and spoken Polish.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (demonstrate ease and proficiency in drafting various types of content from formal documents to creative materials.
Background in Corporate Affairs HR (P&O) including TA Branding Digital Marketing.
Savviness in social & digital ecosystem.
Experience managing external vendors.
Proven ability to successfully lead projects or processes in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Strong project management people management and decision-making skills.
Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to solve complex business problems and prioritize business/customer needs.
