The ID1 Facilities Electrical team supports the safe reliable and compliant operation of electrical power instrumentation & controls (I&C) and fire alarm/life safety systems across the Boise ID1 site. The team partners closely with Operations Engineering EHS and Construction to support commissioning ramp and steadystate manufacturing operations.
The Electrical Shift Supervisor provides direct people leadership for technicians supporting Electrical I&C and Fire Alarm systems. The Shift Supervisor is expected to model and reinforce strict procedural adherence and a disciplined operations mindset ensuring consistent safe and compliant execution across all shifts.
This role is responsible for hiring onboarding training performance management and shift execution ensuring the workforce is prepared to safely support ID1 operational and reliability needs across commissioning and ongoing operations. This position will support Microns 4x12 rotating shift model including nights weekends and holidays. The role may initially operate on a 4x10 day schedule during startup and/or transition periods before moving to a rotating 12hour shift schedule based on operational needs.
