Job Summary
What you will do:
Reporting to the Executive Director Product Management as theManager B2B ProductManagementyouwillmanageand develop a team of Product Managers who shape and deliver the vision and strategy for our CRM and prepaid commerce products.Youwill guide the roadmap and execution of digital solutions that power enterprise clients commerce and sales operationsspanning CRM capabilities for media groups & events and corporate fulfillment as well as prepaid offerings like vouchers and gift cards.
In this role youll provide both strategic direction and handson support enabling your team to make datadriven decisions and deliver highimpact products. Youll foster alignment across sales technology operations finance and external partners to ensure our CRM tools and prepaid platforms are scalable efficient and consistently elevate the customer and sales team experience.
This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers by setting a clear vision removing obstacles and creating opportunities for highquality delivery and career growth.
Champion Agile ways of working enabling your team to prioritize effectively deliver iteratively and continuously accelerate timetovalue.
Shape and manage unified roadmaps across CRM and prepaid commerce guiding new builds enhancements and platform optimization.
Partner closely with Sales Technology Finance Operations and external vendors to align priorities and drive cohesive execution.
Promote a clientfirst mindset and leverage KPIs research and insights to translate needs into scalable features with measurable outcomes.
Lead major platform evolution and migration initiatives ensuring solutions are scalable resilient and designed for longterm sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent
5 years of Product Management experience with multiplatform Commerce or CRM ecosystem applications
2 years of people management experience supporting PMs POs or BAs
Experience leading product roadmap development and working with UX and engineering teams
Experience driving process optimization and operational efficiency in an Agile framework
Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Deep understanding of CRM B2B commerce and multichannel sales workflows
Ability to use KPIs metrics and client insights to drive prioritization and decisionmaking
Effective stakeholder management and crossfunctional communication skills
Strong ability to guide teams through complex problemsolving and platform modernization
Expertise in Agile product development backlog management and iterative delivery
Ability to coach Product Managers and build highperforming product teams
Experience identifying opportunities through industry trends market analysis and emerging technologies
Certification(s) in Product Management Agile or Scrum (e.g. CSPOSAFe Pragmaticis an asset
Proven success migrating CRM and/or B2B commerce platformsis an asset
