WhatYoullBe Doing:

• Providedaily guidance coaching and support to Parts Advisors and team members
• Assistwith hiring training scheduling and performance development
• Foster a collaborative customer-focused environment
• Support day-to-day front and back-end parts operations
• Ensureaccurateandtimelyparts distribution to technicians
• Handle parts inquiries quotes and orders for retail wholesale and internal teams
• Source VIN-specific parts and provide technical support as needed
• Support inventory control ordering and stock levels
• Ensureaccuratereceiving binning and tracking of parts
• Monitor inventory trends obsolete stock and special orders
• Support the Parts Manager with tracking sales and department performance
• Review reports andidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
• Ensure a clean organized and compliant department
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
• Identifyand support process improvements to enhance workflow and service

What You Bring:

• Experience in automotive parts and accessories
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and dealership operations
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
