A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic a global leader in healthcare technology committed to improving lives through innovative medical this role you will support the growth of our surgical portfolio across northern and western Poland by partnering closely with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders. You will promote a range of advanced surgical products including sutures hernia solutions and access and instrumentation technologies that help clinicians deliver better patient outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to combine clinical knowledge with commercial expertise while building strong long-term relationships within the healthcare community and contributing to the adoption of cutting-edge medical technologies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronics products and services within Pomeranian West Pomeranian Lubusz Greater Poland Voivodeships focusing on surgical sutures Truclear hysteroscopy system hernia products access & instruments.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs pursue leads and provide solutions to maximize the benefits of Medtronics offerings.
  • Deliver educational sessions on the companys products and services.
  • Conduct market research including competitor analysis.
  • Implement and adapt market development plans and strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback on products and applications to internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 3 years in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English at a communicative level.
  • High resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly convey information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness.
