As a Fab Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will play a crucial role in starting up developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability. You will focus on process yield improvement cost reduction efficiency improvement and risk management. Your expertise will be vital in identifying diagnosing and resolving process-related problems using advanced methodologies such as failure analysis FMEA 8D or SPC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine processes to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Identify diagnose and resolve process-related issues.
• Coordinate and complete process equipment and material evaluations.
• Direct and engage in efforts to improve yield and decrease costs.
• Manage audit and liaise with material suppliers to meet quality and cost objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with FMEA 8D and SPC methodologies.
• Established experience in improving process yield and lowering expenses.
• Proficiency in English and a Chinese language.
