An innovative and fast-growing organisation within the fintech and insurance space is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team.
This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance across the customer journey. You will act as a key gatekeeper of quality auditing interactions across sales and administrative channels validating data accuracy and coaching teams to consistently deliver high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess call quality across Sales Admin and Vetting streams
- Verify customer and policy data across multiple systems
- Complete QA scorecards and maintain accurate reporting
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to agents
- Review and approve sales in line with compliance standards
- Identify report and escalate risks errors and non-compliance
- Support continuous improvement in customer experience and operational quality
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- RE5 (Regulatory Examination) certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proactive professional and solution-driven approach
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a digital-first insurance or fintech environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working across multiple systems and datasets
