Department Overview

Our Munich engineering team develops mixedsignal and IO solutions for nextgeneration memory technologies. The group partners closely with global analog digital and product teams throughout the design and silicon lifecycle.

Role Overview

We are hiring an IO Design Architect todesignnewarchitecture analysis and validation of highspeed memory IO. This role combines handson circuit understanding with systemlevel thinking and close collaboration across multiple design teams.

Responsibilities

Defineand own theIO and PHY concepts for highspeed memory interfaces

Perform blocklevel simulation analysis and feasibility checks

Review and guide schematiclevel implementation to align with architectural intent

Support verification siliconbringup and debug activities

Collaborate with global crossfunctional teams to ensureaccuratesystem integration

Use automation and AIbased tools to improve modeling and analysis workflows

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10yearsofexperiencedesigning mixedsignalIO blocks includingschematic design and simulation

ProficiencywithSPICEor similar circuit simulation tools

Handson experience withCadence or Synopsys schematic entry environments

Ability to understand model and evaluate blocklevel behavior

Experience working in Unix/Linux environments

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting skills (Python TCL SKILL Perl or similar) for analysis or automation

Familiarity with extraction and modeling tools

Experience collaborating with crossfunctional design teams in a semiconductor environment
