What You Will Do:

• Lead mentor and develop the Parts Department team creating a positive and accountable culture
• Oversee daily operations of the parts department ensuring accuracy organization and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with technicians service advisors and customers to ensure parts needs are met quickly and professionally
• Manage inventory levels ordering and returns tomaintainoptimalstock while controlling costs
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines
• Monitor department performance financials and reporting to drive profitability and continuous improvement
• Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Support a customer first environment by resolving issues quickly and professionally

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 years of experience as aPartsManagerin a dealership environment preferred
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach motivate and support a team
• Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations
• Excellent organizational communication andproblem solvingskills
• A people first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast pacedenvironment
• Experience working with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs
