What You Will Do:
- Lead mentor and develop the Parts Department team creating a positive and accountable culture
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department ensuring accuracy organization and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with technicians service advisors and customers to ensure parts needs are met quickly and professionally
- Manage inventory levels ordering and returns tomaintainoptimalstock while controlling costs
- Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines
- Monitor department performance financials and reporting to drive profitability and continuous improvement
- Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Support a customer first environment by resolving issues quickly and professionally
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 years of experience as aPartsManagerin a dealership environment preferred
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach motivate and support a team
- Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations
- Excellent organizational communication andproblem solvingskills
- A people first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast pacedenvironment
- Experience working with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs
