GT Water Products Inc. is seeking a results-drivenDirector of Sales Wholesaleto lead and grow our wholesale channel. This roleis responsible formanaging key accounts driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships across our wholesale network. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience industry knowledge and a strategic mindset to expand market share and enhance product presence.
WhatYoullDo:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with buyers andpurchasingteams
Ensure effective product placement merchandising and promotions
Conduct product training sessions to support wholesale partners and drive sell-through
Monitor sales performance analyze trends andidentifygrowth opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates
Negotiate pricing promotions and contract terms within company guidelines
Utilize NetSuite ERP/CRM (or similar systems) to track sales activities and opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturinglogistics marketing and customer service teams
Conduct site visits and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
35 years of experience in wholesale account management B2B sales or distribution
Experience in plumbing hardware or building materials industry strongly preferred
Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM systems
Ability to travel as needed
